The vineyards of Kačisdorfské pole, Pod Reistnou, Knížecí vyhlídka, Sacny and Hintertály give an unmistakable richness of aromas, tastes and harmony. As a result of the equal and sustainable use of natural resources and the improvement of human-nature relations, the company manages the use of biological protection in vineyards. The winery was the initiator of the establishment of the VOC Valtice association. Under this brand, the most typical wines for Valtice are produced, namely Riesling and Sylvan Green

Znovín Znojmo is a producer of traditional varietal wines. In addition to a diverse range of traditional varietal wines, you will also find specialties in our menu - dry and semi-dry late harvests, wines in the category of selection of grapes and a selection of berries, ice wines, straw wines and sparkling wines - sparkling wines. Every year, our wines win a number of prestigious domestic and international awards.

Pavlov winery focuses only on white varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Tramín červený, Pálava, Riesling vlašský, Müller Thurgau, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc. When creating the wines themselves, we look for a combination of traditional varieties and the gift of the uniqueness of local conditions using modern technology. After all, as with humans, so does wine, its character and the quality of the environment in which it is produced. We place great emphasis on the selection of vineyard routes, and therefore in our offer you will find wines from prestigious routes such as Sahara, Stará hora, Slunný vrch or Pod Pálavou in the village of Pavlov. From the cadastre of the village of Dolní Věstonice, we process grapes from the U kapličky, Pod Pálavou and U tří pannen vineyards. In 2003, for the first time, Vinařství Pavlov joined the wineries with an offer of special adjective wines in the highest quality category, namely straw wines. Our wines are the pride of prestigious restaurants.

We consider nature to be the key to our work and also to our future. Terroir, which we currently manage with love with love, we will pass on to the next generation in the best condition. We use traditional but improved methods of wine production. After all, where would we be if doctors operated using methods valid 50 years ago. Our business philosophy says that wine cannot be produced for the sole purpose of making a profit. We believe that wine must be understood, wine must be lived.

We have also planted vineyards under the integrated production regime, which mandates environmentally friendly measures, and we have also planted vineyards under the organic farming regime for the production of BIO wines.

The natural ecosystem and balance work in the vineyards grown in this way, which is why we give priority to using and supporting natural regulatory mechanisms. In dry periods, thanks to drip irrigation, we supply the bushes with the necessary water and nutrients, which are so necessary for the formation of aromatic and extractive substances. We process the grapes immediately after harvest to prevent oxidation.

Vinařství Jakubík a.s. was founded in 2013, building on the long wine-growing tradition of the Jakubík family. Production takes place in the first completed part of a very modern winery building, located on the edge of the Moravian village of Zlechov (Slovácko wine region) below Buchlov Castle.
